3.1 AI-Generated Transcripts & Content Disclaimer

The transcripts and content generated through our Service is generated by artificial intelligence. Users acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may content errors and may be inaccurate
• The accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content cannot be guaranteed

4. User Accounts and Access

4.1 Guest Access

• Guest users can interact with our platform before being required to register.
• By interacting with the platform, Guest users agree to our Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
• Guest access may be modified or terminated at any time

4.2 Registered Users

• Users can purchase credits or subscribe to continue using the Service

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

Payment can be made via credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Available payment methods may change over time.

5.2 Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions
• Users retain access to unused credits after cancellation
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise specified

6. Intellectual Property and Content

6.1 User Content

Users retain ownership of all audio and video files uploaded or recorded.

Uploaded and recorded files are not permanently stored on our servers and are deleted after processing is complete, unless specified otherwise.

Users understand that they may not have access to download recorded / uploaded files.

Users agree that they possess complete ownership of uploaded files.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

• Users are granted a license to use, modify, copy and share any content generated through the Service
• Grayscript retains all intellectual property rights to the AI system and its outputs

6.3 Data Usage

Grayscript reserves the right to:

• Store and process uploaded / recorded files
• Use anonymized data from uploaded / recorded files to improve the Service
• Use anonymized examples for marketing purposes

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Uploading illegal content
• Using the service to create illegal content
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the AI system
• Using the Service for harassment or spam
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
• Any other activities that violate these Terms or applicable laws

8. Account Termination and Service Modifications

8.1 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Abusive behavior
• Payment issues
• Suspicious activity

No refunds will be provided for terminations due to violations.

8.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features and functionality
• Update pricing
• Discontinue the Service
• Make changes for security or legal compliance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grayscript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
